With more than 20 years of executive leadership in healthcare, Tracy Corgiat launched Bridge Leadership & Economics Advisory to help public and private leaders turn strategy into action. She is known for translating complex policy, financial, and operational challenges into scalable solutions that improve system performance and drive health equity.

Prior to founding the firm, Tracy managed a $170M portfolio across 20+ care sites, leading innovations that improved rural access and patient experience. Earlier, she built expertise in government affairs and organizational growth, guiding legislative advocacy, strategic investments, and market positioning.

Tracy’s career has been profoundly shaped by her collaborative partnerships with physician leaders—integrating clinical insight and shared accountability through dyad models that elevate decision-making and operational impact. Bridge Leadership & Economics Advisory extends this philosophy, actively engaging consulting physician partners in client work to enhance leadership alignment, accelerate change, and deliver grounded, values-driven solutions.
