 With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare, public-sector organizations, and community-based businesses, Tracy Corgiat founded Bridge Leadership & Economics Advisory to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity—strengthening organizational vitality, communication, and long‑term viability.

Tracy brings a distinctive blend of operational expertise, economic insight, and strategic communication. Her background includes leading multisite teams, guiding high‑stakes messaging and incident response, shaping legislative and public affairs strategy, and supporting organizations through periods of uncertainty and change. 

Her work spans strategic planning, public relations, operational improvement, financial sustainability, and leadership development, with specialized expertise in dyad leadership and board‑level facilitation. 

Tracy’s approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and practical execution. She partners with leaders to understand their current phase, identify the forces shaping their environment, and design strategies that align teams and accelerate progress. 

She holds a Master’s in Health Economics, Policy & Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in Communication from Washington State University.
